Overview
The 50 series is the workhorse casement window: a 1.8 mm wall 6063-T5 profile with inside glazing, so the glass is fitted from the interior and cannot be removed from outside. That detail matters on ground-floor and accessible elevations.
The outer frame is assembled with a one-piece corner key and the mullion uses a top-pin corner key, which keeps the joint square and stops the transom drifting out of alignment after repeated opening. Glazing bead profiles are available as a square section or an arc section.
The window is glazed 5 + 12A + 5 with Xinyi original glass as standard and fitted with a full set of Bojue stainless steel hardware. A fixed guardrail and a three-section fly screen can be added to the same frame.
