Where the systems are used

Applications

Six common project situations, and the Jiuhua systems that fit them. Use this as a starting point — the product pages carry the limits and the full specification.

Aluminium systems are chosen by opening, not by building type. The notes below map the common project situations our customers bring to us onto the systems in the catalogue — start from the opening you have, then check the system page for its limits and specification.

Residential & villas

Casement windows are the default for bedrooms and living rooms: the 50 and 70 series for standard elevations, the 85 series where a fly screen has to be integrated into the frame rather than added. Terrace and balcony openings usually go to the 40 × 65 three-track sliding door, which allows two or three panels to stack behind one another.

Enclosed balconies

The six-track sliding window is designed for this: six rails in one frame let the panels gather into a narrow bay, leaving the rest of the opening clear. The openable guardrail and drying rack keep the balcony usable without removing the safety barrier, and 304 stainless mesh provides security and insect protection.

Commercial & office

Wide sliding panels and system windows are the usual choice for office and retail frontage. The 110 and 115 systems carry larger glass panels without the sash deflecting, and the closed-loop bead on the 115 keeps the glazing line sealed under wind pressure.

Hospitality & leisure

Guest rooms need quiet and reliable operation more than they need a wide view. The 110 system window is glazed 5 + 27A + 5, and its vertical isotherm thermal break and Haida gaskets are what deliver the acoustic performance quoted in the data sheet.

Coastal & high-rise

Exposed elevations put water and wind first. Specify the 112-2.0 sliding window or the 115 system window: both use hidden or floor-drain drainage rather than face-mounted spouts, and the 115’s multi-cavity frame and closed bead are built for higher wind loads. 304 stainless mesh is standard on the sliding systems.

What we need from you

Send the opening schedule with width, height and quantity per type, the floor level and the performance you have to reach. If you already have facade drawings, send those instead — we will mark up the systems that fit.
