Quoted performance, by system
The window systems in this catalogue are quoted against GB/T 7106 for air permeability, watertightness and wind load, and against GB/T 8484 and GB/T 8485 for thermal and acoustic performance. The table below shows the figures stated in the data sheets.

Project-specific performance depends on the size of the opening, the glazing build-up, the installation detail and the exposure of the facade. Where a project has a performance obligation, state it in the inquiry and we will configure the system to meet it — or tell you when a different system is required.
Materials we specify by name
- Aluminium6063-T5 primary aluminium from national-standard A00 ingot, with 1.8 mm to 3.0 mm walls depending on the system.
- Thermal breakNational-standard PA66 nylon strips on the 110 and 115 systems, laid out on a vertical isotherm plane.
- GasketsJiangyin Haida gaskets as standard on the 110 and 115 systems, selected for ageing resistance.
- GlassXinyi original glass across the catalogue, from 4+15A+4 to 5+27A+5, single, laminated or insulated.
- HardwareHoman stainless steel on the 110 and 115, Bojue stainless steel on the 50, 70 and 85, BOGO locks on the 40 × 65 door.
- Mesh304 stainless steel security mesh, with a high-definition mesh option on the six-track window.
What we verify before packing
Each unit is checked against the approved shop drawing at these points:
- Profile series and wall thickness against the order
- Overall dimensions and diagonals against the opening schedule
- Glazing build-up and bead seating
- Gasket continuity around the frame and sash
- Opening, sliding and locking operation through a full cycle
- Drainage outlets clear and correctly positioned
- Surface protection and wrapping before packing
Warranty position
Gasket and glass warranty terms are stated on the product pages where the manufacturer has published them (Dinggu 110 and 115-2.0 system windows: 20 years on gaskets, 10 years on glass against fogging and self-shattering). Other terms are agreed in the quotation.
