Overview
The 110 system window is built on national-standard A00 aluminium ingot, extruded to 6063-T5 and drawn with a 2.0 mm main-frame wall. The thermal break is a national-standard PA66 nylon strip laid out on a vertical isotherm plane, so the inner and outer profiles are isolated along the full height of the frame rather than only at the sash.
Glazing is 5 + 27A + 5 Xinyi original glass. The 27 mm air chamber is what separates this system from a standard casement: it is the space that gives the window its insulation and its acoustic performance. Gaskets are Jiangyin Haida as standard, chosen for ageing resistance rather than lowest cost.
An arc glazing bead gives the reveal a softer, curved profile. The outdoor cavity has a retaining edge so that larger, heavier glass panels can be carried without the sash deflecting, and drainage runs through a floor-drain outlet rather than a face-mounted spout, so water leaves quickly and does not back up in a storm.
