Overview
The 115 is the most heavily built system in the catalogue. The frame uses a multi-cavity load-bearing structure on a 2.0 mm wall, with the same vertical isotherm thermal-break layout and PA66 nylon strips as the 110.
What changes is the closure detail: the glazing bead runs as a closed loop rather than an open profile, which makes the sash stiffer and keeps the glazing line sealed when the facade takes wind pressure. Combined with the floor-drain outlet, that detail is the reason this system is specified on exposed elevations and taller buildings.
Glazing is 5 + 27A + 5 Xinyi original glass, gaskets are Jiangyin Haida, and hardware is a full set of Homan stainless steel without a base handle.
